This policy explains what data Trader Pending (the “Service”) collects, what it is used for, and how we protect it. Trader Pending is operated by the Trader Pending team.
1. Data we collect
Section titled “1. Data we collect”- Account data. The email address you use to sign in, the Telegram identity you link, and your account settings.
- Configuration and activity data. Watchlists, bot configuration, alerts, and the trade metadata and journal notes you create in the Service.
- Payment data. Information related to your subscription plan, as shown when you subscribe.
- Technical data. Basic operational data needed to run and secure the Service.
2. Exchange API keys
Section titled “2. Exchange API keys”The API key you connect is stored encrypted and isolated from other users. We recommend granting the key read and trade permissions only, without withdrawal permission. Trader Pending does not hold your funds and does not request withdrawal access.
3. How data is used
Section titled “3. How data is used”Data is used to run the Service: to display the market and watchlist, execute orders according to your instructions, run bots and alerts, present your journal and analysis, manage your plan, and keep your account secure. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Third parties
Section titled “4. Third parties”To run the Service, certain data is passed to necessary parties, for example the exchange you trade on (through your API key), the Telegram platform if you use it, and the infrastructure provider that hosts the Service. These parties process data according to their respective functions.
5. Security
Section titled “5. Security”We apply reasonable safeguards, including encryption for sensitive data such as API keys and isolation of data between users. No system is entirely free of risk, so keeping your credentials safe remains important.
6. Data retention
Section titled “6. Data retention”Your data is kept while your account is active and for as long as needed to run the Service or meet applicable obligations. You can request deletion as described below.
7. Your rights
Section titled “7. Your rights”You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Requests can be sent through the contact below.

Section titled “8. Cookies and sessions”The web app uses cookies or session storage needed to keep you signed in and to secure your session.
