Chart replay

Chart replay plays market movement back candle by candle, as if you returned to a point in time and watched the market move forward from there. It is a tool to train your price action reading and test how you read a chart, not a promise of results. The decision stays with you.

  • Play, pause, and step by candle. Run history at an adjustable speed, pause any time, or move one candle forward or back to examine a key moment.
  • Jump to any point in time. Use the time slider or pick a date to move straight to the period you want to study.
  • Analysis layers rewind too. Detected zones and levels are shown as of the cursor time, not the present, so what you see is the situation exactly as it stood then.
  • Switch timeframe during replay. Move between timeframes to see the same moment from a different frame, without leaving replay.

Replay is read-only. Your orders are paused while replay is active and resume as soon as you exit; replay never touches live trading.

The value of a replay is in its honesty. While you are rewound to a point, candles that have not happened yet are hidden, and zones and levels are computed only from data up to that point. No future information leaks into the past. This way, practising your chart reading reflects the real situation: you judge with what was available then, not with the benefit of hindsight.

The first time you open replay for a pair and timeframe, the history is downloaded once. After that, replaying, scrubbing, and switching timeframes happen instantly with no reload. The data is stored on your device, and switching exchange does not require downloading the same history again.

History depth, the number of pairs, and the choice of timeframes for replay follow your plan. The Free plan offers core pairs with the main timeframes to get to know the feature, while higher plans unlock more pairs, more timeframes, and deeper history. For the details that currently apply, see the plans page inside the app.
