FAQ
Does Trader Pending guarantee profit?
Section titled “Does Trader Pending guarantee profit?”No. Trader Pending is a tool to analyse and execute your strategy, not an investment product. Results depend on the quality of your strategy and decisions. Crypto futures trading carries high risk, including the possibility of losing part or all of your capital.
Does Trader Pending hold my funds?
Section titled “Does Trader Pending hold my funds?”No. You connect to the exchange through your own API key, and orders execute in your own exchange account. Trader Pending forwards your instructions without holding your funds.
Which exchanges are supported?
Section titled “Which exchanges are supported?”Major futures exchanges, including Bybit, Binance, OKX, Bitget, KuCoin, Gate.io, MEXC, HTX, and BingX. Each pair is executed on the exchange you choose.
What is the difference between Telegram and the web app?
Section titled “What is the difference between Telegram and the web app?”Both are faces of the same system. Telegram suits acting fast, the web app gives a full view for charts, bot configuration, and the journal. Your accounts can be linked so they stay consistent on both sides.
Is there a free version?
Section titled “Is there a free version?”Yes. The Free plan lets you get to know the platform: market monitoring, a watchlist, on-chart zone detection, and manual orders. Details and pricing for each plan are on the pricing page, as they may change over time.
How does Trader Pending handle risk?
Section titled “How does Trader Pending handle risk?”You can set a daily loss limit or a drawdown limit. When reached, the bot stops automatically. These limits are optional and entirely up to you. Beyond that, entry, stop, target, and leverage stay in your hands.
Who is behind Trader Pending, and is the code open?
Section titled “Who is behind Trader Pending, and is the code open?”Trader Pending is developed and maintained independently: the product, support, and releases are handled directly by its developer. The source code is not published. What is open is how it works: what you configure is exactly what runs, full control stays with you, and every action the platform takes can be checked on your side through notifications, the journal, and your own order history at the exchange.
The code stays closed to protect strategy logic built up over time, and to prevent the copying and abuse that ultimately harm users. What is closed is the code behind it, not what happens to your positions.
A lean scale keeps development close to its users: your feedback reaches the person who writes the code directly, and fixes ship without long layers in between.
